Global Privacy Control is honored as an opt-out of sale/sharing and as rejection of optional analytics, even if you previously accepted. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a limitation opt-out. You may nevertheless request opt-out or limitation, and choose profile, stats and photo visibility in Settings.

Email support@pingaces.com with the request you want to make. You may request a copy, deletion, correction, limitation, portability or an objection to processing where applicable. Signed-in members can also use Settings → Download my data / Delete account, or edit profile details.

We verify identity using your account or proportionate additional checks and respond within 45 days, or sooner where required (normally one month for EU/UK users). We explain any lawful extension. Authorized agents must provide proof of authority. Do not include passwords, access tokens or private keys in an email.
