THE RULES OF THE CLUBHOUSE.

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use PingAces.

Pick a username you have the right to use — don't impersonate other golfers, clubs, or brands.

PingAces is a community built around golf. You agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit.
• Spam members, scrape the service, or create fake accounts.
• Upload content you don't have the rights to share.
• Attempt to access other members' accounts or data.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

You own the posts, photos, scores, and other content you share on PingAces. By posting, you grant PingAces a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service — for example, showing your posts in other members' feeds.

Deleting your content ends this license going forward, except where the content has been shared by others or we must retain it for legal reasons.

Scorecards, statistics, averages, and trends on PingAces are calculated from the scores you and other members enter. They are provided for personal and social use only — PingAces is not an official handicapping authority, and stats shown in the app are not official handicap indexes. You're responsible for the accuracy of the scores you log.

The PingAces name, logo, and brand assets, and the design and code of the service, belong to PingAces. These terms don't give you any right to use them except as part of using the service.

You can stop using PingAces and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe put the service or other members at risk.

PingAces is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any golf statistics will be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PingAces will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms as PingAces evolves. We'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify members in the app. Continuing to use PingAces after a change means you accept the updated terms.
